BCA (InBody) Assessment & Complete Body Analysis

On the sixth day, we conduct a detailed BCA (InBody) test, followed by a comprehensive explanation of your report by our certified trainers. Based on your results, goals, and fitness level, you can choose the training program that best suits your needs.
